1.Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. 2.Items must be in the same condition you received them in—unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. 3.You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at xdxi.xdxi.xdxi@gmail.com. We will respond to your request within 1 to 3 business days, providing instructions on how to return the item and the return address. Please note that items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. You will need to provide the following information: 1. An unboxing video of the order. 2.The order record or order number. 3.Photos of the damaged packaging or product. 4.Items you've noted as missing from the order package.

Orders will usually be shipped within 2 business days. Pre-Order item will be shipped within 7-15 business days.

It depends on where you are. Shipping usually takes 7-15 business days from the day it shipped to arrive to its final destination.
